CLEAR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE START

The details,
before we begin.

Start with the message

Tell us what you are making, who it is for and what people should understand or do next. For a film, share its intended placement, approximate length, deadline and existing assets. For a website, share the content, audience and required functionality. We clarify the brief by email.

A written scope and quote

Before production, we agree the deliverables, creative direction, project price, timing, review stages, revision rounds and payment milestones. For motion, this includes the duration, aspect ratios, sound and export versions. Additional formats are separate deliverables, not automatically included.

The inquiry form does not book work, charge a card or promise a delivery date. Availability and timing are confirmed in the proposal.

Your product, accurately represented

You supply accurate business and product details, approved claims, brand assets and one contact who can consolidate feedback. Only supply assets you have permission to use. We confirm the usage rights for photographs, screenshots, logos, footage, fonts and music before including them.

Direction, first cut and revisions

We agree the concept and visual direction before full production. You review a first cut and provide consolidated feedback within the stages set out in the proposal. Corrections needed to meet the agreed brief remain corrections. New concepts, rewritten claims, additional formats or changes to an approved direction are scoped before additional work.

Files you can use

Your proposal names the final video formats and dimensions, any silent versions or stills, and the source files included. Our motion workflow can produce editable HTML/Canvas code. An After Effects, Figma or Canva project is not implied; tell us if a particular editing format is required before we quote.

We provide the agreed files and handover instructions under the accepted payment terms. Licensed third-party assets retain their own conditions. Music is not transferred as an exclusive composition, and an isolated stock track may be excluded from the source package. We identify any relevant channel restrictions before delivery.

Websites and connected services

Website, shop and application projects have their own requirements, implementation checks and handoff. We agree on hosting, domains, editing, provider accounts, recurring fees and support responsibilities before committing to a build. Interactive portfolio examples do not establish a live checkout, booking service or customer workspace.

Review access and support

We agree a review and delivery method that the project contact can access. The proposal defines support coverage and its duration. A reproducible fault in an agreed export is handled as a correction; new creative work needs a separate scope.

Creative production and campaign results

A motion film is a creative deliverable. This offer covers creative production. Media buying, campaign operation and performance measurement are outside its scope. Views, clicks, leads and sales are not guaranteed. Website search work is also scoped separately, and search engines determine rankings.

The work shown here

Find The Line is a Fairway brand film. Pocket Grove is a fictional product rehearsal. Solace House, Common Objects and Relay are fictional web concepts. They are not testimonials, paid client commissions or evidence of commercial results.

You decide before work begins

The accepted project agreement sets the scope, ownership, licenses, payment milestones, revision limits, cancellation arrangements and support responsibilities. This page explains the process; it is not a signed project agreement.
